Dear Brigadier Kamboj,
The case for execcution petition of Major's pension came up for hearing today.
The MOD advocate stated in the court that the SLP has already been filed in supreme court and the same had been received back with an objection from registry.
The advocate further stated that the shortcoming would be rectified and SLP shall be resubmitted to the supreme court.
Our advocate maintained that an year has already passed and the govt is taking its sweet time hence the case should not be closed.
The Hon'ble Tribunal directed the respondent to expedite filing the SLP and further directed to review the same on 12 October 2011
