How time flies!
Over an year ago, in 23 2009, I wrote a paper on OROP at the invitation of Ms Indu Jain for Vijayavani. It was published online on 23 Feb 2009. Recently I saw the piece, and what surprised me is the number of responses it evoked. In fact the last comment is no more than two months old.
