Comment: ESM organisations should fully utilise the services of Public Information Officer to obtain statistical data on all worthwhile statewise welfare measures and programs that are utilised by Ex- Servicemen. The Zilla Sainik Boards are manned by low level corrupt civil staff who are bent on deceiving the ESM. The information is for free.
